Provide notification to customer at time of booking that if the pick up time is before the store opens at 10:00, you simply open the gate and proceed with the pick up and close the gate behind you. This was not clear to me when I arrived and caused confusion and my need to call customer service.

There was dirt left on the floor of the trailer. It could have at least been swept out. I was disappointed there was no ramp to make it easier for an older person to access the trailer with cargo. I understand it's virtually impossible to have ramp mounted in the trailer, but at least have some ramps available for rent. It did pull nice and accomplished the job after an awkward loading

ALTHEA CA+ staff! Setting up the reservation I accidentally got hold of the manager (who was off that day and just happened to pick up the phone). I had two different reservations going from two different locations and had the U haul online service all messed up. Without hesitation she helped me untangle my mess and get me lined out. Good personable people. They got the Country and Western goods too. Recommended for sure.

Jennifer P6x12 trailer was around $385.00 last year 2024 when I priced it, Now Feb 2025 it cost $625.00 for the same trailer going one way to same drop off location, why? It did tow well and held my furnishing just fine. Also these trailers do not have jacks, why? I do need to comment on my original pick up location at Tri M Storage 4500 Mustang Road Alvin Tx 77511, what a DUMP!! The whole place is a disaster and Sherry lives on the premises but would not answer her cell at the time we agreed, as I drove around this facility I did not see any Uhaul 6x12 trailer, but there were 2-4x8 Uhaul trailers and some other Uhaul moving trucks, there are destroyed fences and gate, old broken down boat, debris, junk, trash everywhere, the place is a wreck. Thankfully just down the road Cattleman Western Store had 3-6x12 trailers on site, opened at noon on Sunday and really help me get on my way.

MANUEL OTruck door was hard to close. Passenger safety belt continued to tighten to the point it had to be removed.Cab had an animal smell to it. Cattleman's is the most reliable place in Alvin Texas to get a u haul from . Never an issue and the final bill Is always correct.

SHANNON WI was billed for a second day, I brought the trailer back within 25 hours, I was an hour late waiting on weather, should have returned the trailer back on time and had the associate come out and disconnect the trailer during the thunderstorm, going to Home Depot or Lowe's in the future, see ya
Thomas QWrong location posted on the Uhual apps so be careful when pressing the location. One of the clerk was unpleasant and transaction took 20-25 minutes. Rolled eyes to us and insisted to return the truck to their location which I told her not gonna happen because I chose the drop off location near me during my reservation but change it anyway because she felt untitled. Over all experience: poor
