Owners were dealing with a unique situation due to the freezing rain which caused power outages. They weren't able to process the transaction but worked with head office to make sure I was able to take the truck anyway. Great people!!

2ft snow drifts at the key dropoff box... lots of ice and snow in my shoe as a result. Needs to be shovelled out more regularly.

For Uhaul, not specific for this location: Respect the booking request and make sure the procedure from booking to pick up is properly followed. Way too many mistakes in between and the customer needs to solve the booking issues.

The marker lights were not working all others were. Did not put my lights on when I picked it up, so it was not seen at the time. I contacted the pickup location after dropping it off to let them know. From a location perspective it is difficult to get access to where the trailers are. It would be great to have the side opened up, so it is easy to pick up and drop off.

Causeway variety was the best customer service we originally booked three days in advance for the Peterborough u-haul 900 water st location when we got there the staff said the trailer was not available would be returned in 10 min. That turned into a 1 & 1/2 hour wait. The staff gave me a number to call myself that was discontinued. Went back in asked asked if we can have something else to replace he offered us a small truck and $16 insurance so it would have cost more money then the trailer. The manager took over the staff was handling our situation wrong. The manager called for us found a trailer at causeway convenience in ENNISMORE Where we came from originally.We were picking up boxes at access storage in Peterborough. So we wasted a lot of time and gas after booking with the Peterborough u-haul location and 900 water st. We went to Causeway Variety which is not a u-haul store they gave us great customer service than any u-haul location ever did. The owner hooked the trailer on our truck walked us through the trailer to make sure it was good to go. Checked the lights for us made sure the trailer was clean. You need to revamp your booking system it is faulty Both times we booked with u-haul in person on line it was a nightmare time consuming very inconvenient and costly for gas. We where better off trying to find a truck or trailer on our own on the same day as needed. Terrible u-haul has such a bad reputation. Lucky for you that Causeway Convenience store takes their job seriously and customer service is their number one priority.

If I ever use Uhaul again it will be from this site. I had originally made a reservation from 600 Water St. and eventhough I made it at the counter it was totally screwed up. The General Manager there named Glenn should NOT be training his staff and needs a LOT of work on his public relations abilities

Nothing I was so happy they were able to quickly help me with a trailer on such short notice , also as it is a convenience store I enjoyed my mr big chocolate bar lol . Was a productive sunny afternoon with this locations help . Thanks Matt

U haul still had a furniture dolly on the rental when I cancelled it. Found out in Sydney nova scotia. I am not happy about this as I know I was charged for it. I will be calling for a refund and will decide what next steps to take if not refunded

This location was good, however originally I was sent to Orpington Road, Peterborough. This unit had lights not working, and so I had to travel quite a bit farther to get a unit at the Ennismore location. I wasn't impressed with the Orpington Road service either.
