They weren’t there and I had to wait 30+ minutes to pick up my uhaul. Then they didn’t check the uhaul in until 3 days after I dropped it off resulting in a charge .

Larry CTerrible service. Reservation was made , on site car was “not available”. Changed to more expensive one where tank was on E and referred to as “quarter full” was returned with more gas than recieved and was charged 60$ fee. Stay away!

tony wU-Haul customer service changed my reservation to this location after my original location couldn't provide the equipment they promised. The owners of this business went to extra effort to have someone meet me there and get me set up and going even though their business was closed that day. They are truly great people and provided excellent service!
MICHAEL TCav’s auto U-Haul pick was great! The truck drove great and all of my things fit perfectly.
Chris LCheck in was somewhat simple. I had to wait for the keys in the hot sun, the truck was parked next to multiple vehicle which made it hard to pull out. In addition to that I was charged extra for fees. There was barely any gas in the truck and once I got back around 5pm with the truck checking out was impossible because of the area and also when I contacted customer service they were very rude to me. The whole experience was horrible and I recommend going to a actual haul store because the vehicles are better maintained and newer.
Ivy EThis comment is not related to this location but UHaul as a company. The online process should be discontinued, this is the 2nd experience where booking online was a fiasco. Equipment not at the site, as well as accessories not available. Had to go to 3 locations before getting everything I needed. CAVS Auto Repair location was the best thing out of this experience. Very professional and efficient.
Dawn SMy reservation was changed at the last minute and I asked if the new location was a location with personnel working (not just a self service location). Despite it being a Friday morning, the location was deserted (a derelict repair shop) and the only person there was a security guard who disappeared after saying someone was on the way to the location which confused me because there was one 15' truck there and he couldn't tell me if that was my truck. I proceeded to use the app (slow, but functional) and then had to use the app to chat to find out where truck key was. Finally someone called me and told me the security guard would give me the key. If the security guard had the key, then why did he tell me someone was coming? He could have told me he would give me the key as soon as I checked in through the app. Also my truck was the only one in the entire yard so he could have indicated it was the correct truck and not led me to believe that someone was on their way with my truck. The person who finally called me from Uhaul about the key kept saying she tried to call me and I did not answer. She called me 10 minutes after my pickup time as I was about to arrive at the Uhaul location. She did not leave a message and did not answer when I tried to call back. It was only when I chatted through the app that she finally called to say the security guard had the key. She was impatient and abrupt. I requested a full service location to avoid these kind of issues (as this is not the first time I have had this happen). Uhaul should only be using locations where staff can attend their customers in a safe and friendly manner. Not in a run down repair/tow lot with a security guard hiding in his car at 10:00 am on a Friday when the business should be open and bustling.

Toni FTell them to be on time for customers appointments for pick up. And give people they're money back if they can't keep there end of the contract. An Don't have a attitude when you're the one late.
