The owner/operator was very helpful and responsive, however the facility itself was a very tight fit to return a trailer to and it was a little bit hard to find and determine which was the U-Haul building.

This is incorrect. I told the U-Haul rep after waiting 40 mins to get helped renting the U-Haul on Bullard and blackstone I was picking up and dropping off at 93727. I called the U-Haul place at (559) 761-1478 in 93727 zip code to make sure I could drop off U-Haul there. He said yes. I left the U-Haul at there at 1:16 pm. I called the U-Haul rep again at at (559) 761-1478 to make sure I could drop the Keys off in drop box. He said he would check the U-Haul in for me. I only had the U-Haul for less than 6 hours. Charge me correctly for the $50. Not the $ 250. I don’t authorize that payment. Also, this was the worst experixe I have had with the U-Haul truck. It took me 20 mins and I h ad to call my son over to help me latch the truck to close. It was extremely rusted and I couldn’t do it. The lock didn’t work. Also there wasn’t any bag to use.

i went in to reserve a truck in person. requested a 16 ft truck for pick up the next day at 8am. When i arrived to pick up the truck, owner was late by 20 minutes. finally began to start the rental. upon going to check the truck, i was notified that the 16 ft truck i reserved was no longer available and that only a 10ft truck had been reserved. not only did i get the smaller truck, i finally left the building 45 minutes after my initial reservation time. Not only was i late but now in a smaller truck. i also think i got charged extra for gas as the gas tank amount was not properly noted on the contract versus what the actual level was. i didn't catch it until afterwards. will not be renting from this location again

The guy running the place was no-nonsense and got the job done. I appreciate someone that does their job well. Next time I'll rent a bigger truck and make fewer trips!

Facility was hard to find. Parking was terrible. No one was there and they did not answer there phone. I had to call U-Haul for help. Took a really long time. I can't believe that this could be and authorized U-Haul location.

This was my first time renting a U-Haul. The online process was quick. The man in the office was friendly and answered my questions well. I recommend to anyone needing a U-Haul. Thank you!
