So where I’m from you walk into U-Haul and get one this doing everything through an app then having to wait forever to verify is non sense. Then she put the time as 5:30 for pick up the person that was helping me ran late got caught in traffic. It wasn’t until 623 when I pulled up to get the U-Haul and the reservation was canceled so I had to sit on hold with U-Haul for over an hour and then an additional amount of time for the approval of my drivers license and verify who I am mind you there is no cell service at this location so you have to stand at the stop sign out in the heat with ants, biting your feet absolute nonsense. It was a nightmare.
