On the pick up of vehicle, some one came to gate and let me in. On return of vehicle I left my phone I. My personal veh by accident and had no way of calling the number on gate however I arrived to return vehicle 30 minutes before scheduled time. The site has 24/7 surveillance as I blew, got out of the truck waved arms walked to the gate. No one opened the gate or came to open gate after 30 minutes of doing this repeatedly I had to back the 20 foot U-Haul out on a dark bridge to go use a strangers phone I will never use U-Haul truck service again.

While the manager was accessible on the phone, the unreliable gate mechanism meant an extra 15-20 min delay in a drop off on a work morning while I tried the code, then the manager had to call the onsite staff to come fix it. It was not the best foot forward, though it all worked out in the end.

Terry BI signed up for a location close by my house, and it appeared that that is where the trailer would be picked up. On the day before I was to pick up the trailer they changed the location on me to one that was about 10 miles away, which was not ideal. That is my only concern.

esteban tThe only issue we had was the Uhaul app kept closing, several times, when the location manager was entering our identification information and photos to finish up our rental agreement. We also received mis-information about the occupant seating. The 15' and 17' trucks only have 2 seats and smaller seat in the middle. Two different agents I spoke with said the 17' truck had a full bench seat. So I reserved the 17' truck. This is incorrect. We rented the 15' since there was no better seating in the 17' and were pretty squished in the cab.
