Had no idea where we were return the truck. Location was closed when we got there. Dropped off key in organe box as instructed by the only nice lady we spoke to on the phone. Had to call several times to make sure they had the vehicle only to be charged over $85 for gas even though we had filled it back to the mark! This is a new kind of robbery! Another bad uhaul experience! We will be looking into another company that rents moving trucks. Uhaul sucks a lot. Sucks money, sucks energy and just flat out sucks. Sucks.

No one there when I dropped it off

We arrived at the location to pick up our rented u haul. There was no one at the location. I called the number on the sign. The manager answered and did not know anything about the rental. Said u haul had not informed him. He said it would be 20 minutes for him to get to the location. 40 minutes later he arrived. Things went ok after he got to the location but it was very aggravating that there was such miscommunication for the company.

The U-Haul leaked and ruined several pieces of my furniture

Zero communication with whomever was supposed to be at the location at my scheduled pickup time. I reserved moving blankets but since nobody was there, I didn’t get them. I called every available phone number looking for someone to help but this was unsuccessful. I have yet to hear from anyone in response to my voice messages and it’s been 3 days. This location is an embarrassment to U-Haul. There are so many other locations to rent trucks/trailers and I’d definitely recommend those locations over this place.
