Ron HThe U-Haul leaked and ruined several pieces of my furniture
James CZero communication with whomever was supposed to be at the location at my scheduled pickup time. I reserved moving blankets but since nobody was there, I didn’t get them. I called every available phone number looking for someone to help but this was unsuccessful. I have yet to hear from anyone in response to my voice messages and it’s been 3 days. This location is an embarrassment to U-Haul. There are so many other locations to rent trucks/trailers and I’d definitely recommend those locations over this place.
Ole WMaking sure renting equipment is prepared. I was charged for a dolly but was not in the truck.
