I find the online pickup very frustrating takes forever and keep getting notifications that Uhaul is not responding

I suppose to get a discount as I have already talked with one of the customer care associate and when I rented they told me that if I drop uhaul early in a day then I'll be charged only for one day but they charged me for 2 days insurance and no discount as they have promised with note left kn my account.
MAYANK SComments similar to Pick Up Location: New staff at satellite offices could likely benefit from more training to facilitate pick ups and drop offs with regards to key locations and documents. Otherwise the single staff member I encountered was focused and had the energy required to complete transactions.
george mOnly issue was that our instructions said we could pick up at 9am but the store did not open till 10am! When you have help to assist with loading the truck and now you are an hour behind...... that was frustrating. It was not the store owner, it was clearly stated on store. Just a mix up somewhere along the way. Other than not enough kilometers and I had to call and request more. But it was quickly resolved with a phone call.

MARK SUhaul as a company is a complete disgrace at this point. They do not indicate where equipment is located when trying to reserve, yet they let you choose any type of equipment and any uhaul location. Then ONE DAY before your booking no matter how far in advance you reserve, you get a call to determine your true options for equipment and location. As a company who's entire business is rental equipment I cannot understand how you are still in business. You do not offer customers any sort of guaranteed experience and make no effort to give them the experience they have requested. I will never use Uhaul services again. I have used them multiple times and continue to have a poor experience every single time.

JOHN WThe store clerk told me that the cost was going to be $430+ for the mileage I needed. I responded that it was too expensive and I have no desire to spend that much. So he asked me again how many kms I would be using. I told him 125kms each way. He then told me it would cost $206. When I returned the truck, he told me my total was over $430. He entered half of my kms to provide a low quote so that I would accept the rental. If I had known it would be that expensive, I would not have rented it. There was no transparency with u-haul transactions. Terrible business etiquette and a poor way to treat your customers.
