The main lobby smelled horribly or cigarettes and made me nauseated, I was unable to stay in the store and had to have my husband check out the vehicle. I am also pregnant and was very unhappy about the second hand smoke I was breathing in. Friendly staff, very unimpressed about the horrible cigarette smell.Kimi B.

No one was at my location when I dropped off the truck and trailer. I understand having a person there costs money, however you rely on people having a smart phone with which to turn in their stuff. Not everyone has a smart phone and although I do, your system couldn't locate me for nearly 40 minutes. This was overall the worst experience I have ever had with Uhaul, from start to finish.Anita H.

The lady at this location was a gem. After getting a call 2 days before moving that we would not be getting the trailer reserved, we had to drive 2 hours to get it ourself. Not the best news when you are driving across the country. She was kind and sympathetic. I am happy with her kindness and still unhappy with uhaul as it was a huge inconvienience during a hectic time.Beth G.

I had reserved a 6x12 trailer a week and a half in advance. Two days before my move, I got a call from U-Haul saying there was no 6x12 trailer at my pickup location, and the only trailer they had was 5x9. I was a little annoyed, but I agreed to take it. Upon arriving at the location to pick up the trailer, I found out that the trailer they had for me was open air. I really wanted a trailer with a roof so I could fill it to the top with boxes. But since I had no other option, I agreed to take the trailer. I couldn't fit all of my things in the trailer, so I had to make two trips to Colorado, which was a huge pain. And I also had trouble covering the open trailer with a tarp, which also was a huge headache to deal with during the move. I had made my reservation online, and the woman at the pickup location just said that she doesn't like the internet and that she wished I would've called instead. I just don't think that's a good way to run a business. I would not reccomend this location, and I think that, if it's possible, people should choose another location to pick up their equipment.Brad W.

Tire on drivers side was new, but mounted on a bent rim so it shook the entire trip. Wasn't too bad but I've always had great equipment from U-Haul so was expecting more. There where even 3 yellow x's on the rim and you could see that it had been hit by something.Scot S.

1) Make sure the truck or equipment is available when it is booked well in advance and not call me the day before I need it to tell me that it is not available. 2) Make sure the truck and equipment are not filthy and when it is, tell me I won't be responsible. They didn't even offer to clean the truck or equipment, so I had to clean it myself. 3) Make sure the vehicle has more than half a tank of gas. After all the inconvenience I have been through, It would have been nice to have more gas so I did not have to fill it up before I left town. 4) The customer service has been absolutely terrible and I had to make a trip back to Rawlins to pick up the rest of my household goods. This took more time and money out of my pocket. If I had the 26 foot truck, it would have been enough and I wouldn't have had to make the extra trip. 5) Please read all notes of my complaints. The customer service has been terrible. 6) I am a loyal U-Haul customer, I cleaned the truck and trailer and left it with a full tank of gas. I did this because I am a loyal customer and always have been. If this is how U-Haul treats loyal customers, I am done with U-Haul.David H.
