Everything went very smooth and efficiently. Sandy, the manager at the Rawlins location was absolutely incredible. Truly, some of the best customer service I have ever received in my life. She was friendly, professional, and went over all the equipment with me. She made sure I understood everything And was helpful when I returned the trailer. Great experience.
