I did the self checkout when returning it because they closed the store earlier than it was posted online. They had everything set up for the self checkout so it was easy to do.

Bonnie SThe unexplainable issue with not being able to get the mobile pickup to work, nobody being there to help in person, and then spending 45 minutes to be walked through the proccess was frustrating to deal with. It just wouldnt work until I had someone over the phone helping me along, both the app and the web browser website just gave errors with no explanation as to why my mobile pick up wouldn't work. I really appreciated the live authorization agent who actually helped me through it, and was as equally confused as to why there was an issue in the first place. Also from my other rental from this location, my truck wasnt registered as returned until a full day later after dropping it off, with no explanation as to why it wasnt done the same day.
Eustacia KThe location was closed and instructions were not clear. I dropped the keys and called the next morning. The gentleman said he had checked the truck in. Then I discovered he charged me $20. I could have kept the keys and driven down the next morning - the truck wasn't even due the day I dropped it off. What a racket.
JAMIE CHe was angry with me and left before I got there. It is a small town, and he doesn't like my cousin. The online registration took over two hours to complete. He kept telling me he was going to give the truck to someone else, even though I had already reserved it with my credit card. So I hurried down there, before I had a ride, and he was gone.

DONNA ODropped off the trailer and no-one was there, it is a good location though, easy to find and plenty of room. I would have preferred having someone there to verify my return.
Robert ACelestial Flooring/UHaul took my trailer back -with the door jammed wide open - and said they would send it back for maintenance to resolve the issue. I appreciated that. I have a bad knee and can’t stand for long enough to coax the door back down ( it resisted movement in both directions!).

james hKeith was really helpful and accommodating but the pick up/ confirming our reservation took an hour and we were the only customers in the store. It was a bummer to have to wait so long when we had a long day ahead of us. Aside from this location, the reservation process for UHaul was a nightmare. We booked our truck and auto-transport 3 months in advance and were told two days before our pick up that we may need to drive 5 hours to get our truck, after confirming the pick up location 3 separate times prior. It seems like there are a LOT of issues between neighborhood dealers, UHaul stores, and the national UHaul team. Every single UHaul dealer we connected with said the system was down or slow and it caused them a headache. Our reservation was updating differently with each UHaul location and it was a pain.
Noah BThe big problem I had was with Missoula. The staff was rude and disrespectful. Trailer installation was satisfactory as was Nicholas the mechanic.The rest of the staff acted like an insesteiious close family and went out of their way to be rude. Numerous times I asked to speak was denied and never did make contact with him or her.

Scott CDid not know answers to questions about exact rental period. When we asked about movers on short notice, he said not possible. We later found some movers who said they had a business card with this place, but the Celestial Flooring guy did not offer us any cards.
Patricia KThe drop off location was supposed to be open but wasn’t for the return. I cleaned that truck inside the can and in the back and was charged a $25 fee 2 days after I returned it. I also cleaned the car carrier that was caked with mud when I picked it up so I know that wasn’t it. I was also charged extra mileage how am I supposed to keep it under their recommended mileage when I live 54 miles from the pick up spot. That’s 108 miles more I had to travel just to get the equipment. I returned the truck a day early and still get dinged. I could understand if they were there to show me what was dirty but they weren’t but they were suppose to be so they can just claim it was and get an extra $25. Rip off!

Vincent VGive leeway for going online to drop off after hours/ weekends, took 15 minutes to complete because of not great phone service and was charged another full day. I dropped the keys in a lock box that wouldnt be opened til Monday. The truck was just gonna sit all weekend no one could have used it anyway.

Robert AI have dropped 2 trucks off had problems both times! They charged me extra for dropping it off there. They wouldn’t credit me for plastic wrap I bought from U-Haul then wouldn’t give it back to me a day later. When I dropped it off on a Sunday they called me on Monday and yelled at me for dropping it off empty! I told them they needed to turn the key on to get the reading and they hung up on me so I called them back and they said I was fine on the fuel. Without an apology! I have to rent 2 more 26’ trucks in the next 3 weeks and dread renting from U-Haul now!

JAMES VSpeed up your notification process. I reserved my trailer at 8:00 a.m., for a 9:30 pickup and walked in at 9:23 and the location had no idea I was coming. Everything went smooth as glass, but they were surprised to see me. Awesome customer service.

KAREN LWas told they would be open at 8:30 am. It was a 45 minute drive to get there. I was there at 8:15 am. Sat around for over 35 minutes, no one was around. Called number for business and got answering machine. Finally called U-haul and they did everything over the phone. I hooked up to the tow dolly myself. I believe if your told they would be open at a certain time then they should be there and ready to start at that time.
Shawn RDidn't get any reimbursement of funds for over fueling but the experience was a good one for my first time moving on my own.
Debbie BDealer didn't hook up trailer correctly. It fell off the ball after 6 miles.
