I’m not sure who this falls to, but the truck we rented had an engine light on which was news to the person at the desk. It needed up being fine, but it was stressful to be driving a car with an engine light on knowing there was no backup car, even though we did inform U-Haul. Luckily we were staying local and off the highways but if I had been needing a long drive or high speeds I would have wanted to rebook which would have been quite the inconvenience, but less concerning than driving an undiagnosed engine problem.

At pick up location the guy who was handling was so rude and not trained properly. Was blaming the U-Haul app for his inability to operate the app. Truck was freeze in ice as well as front shield so I had to clean the truck before picking it up. He refused to to clean it. I had no choice that’s why I picked up or else I could have cancelled it. I was hoping to get some refund for this bizarre experience.
MANISHKUMAR PI did not get all the equipment I reserved, which significantly complicated my move. Truck bed was very dirty.
