I’ve booked my 10foot UHaul truck on July 19 8am to 10 am at 1200 E NEW CIRCLE RD in LEXINGTON . But when I arrived there they told me they were overbooked and probably 1 hour later will have one after someone returned but not happening again after 1 hour they told me only option was to get 18 miles away from here 2030 MARTIN LUTHER KING BLVD, PARIS, KY 40361 to take a 20 foot truck and won’t cost me EXTRA but again when I get there they told me that isn’t the case and charge me for the 20 foot truck. Anyway that’s the whole story. I feel so bad!
