Honestly, I had a 7am appt to pick up a car dolly. I was only 2nd in line and for some reason it took over 25 minutes to get to me and get everything taken care of.

Business is in busy Planet Fitness parking lot and only one employee gets the U-Haul's while the others watch. The appliance dolly was not included in the van and was a huge inconvenience. We showed up late to get our rental and didn't expect to need it as long as we did. We were slightly over our original return date and was charged additional fees because of that. We were not sent an invoice and when I called the Central Oregon Appliance they acted like they knew nothing about it at all and referred me to 1-800-GOUHAUL for my refund. The lady at U-Haul was so kind and refunded me the extra charges. I will not go back to this U-Haul even if I have to drive clear across town. What a disappointment for a Bend business

The address lead us to a shopping center no signs anywhere that said U-Haul. When I phoned the number, they insisted they were there and to just leave the trailer in a stall there was no stall. All the parking lot was full. We finally went into the appliance center cause we noticed something in the most Extreme small print I’ve ever seen that stated something appliance store. The person in there finally said go around to the back. I think the woman on the phone could have told me when I called to go around the back she just kept insisting they were there. I finally hung up. We went around the back drove there no sign still that said U-Haul just two men in blue shirts. They said where did you leave it here we go look again. It’s still attached to the car and they were not even going to unhook it for us. We had to ask him to. I’ll never go to that location ever again.
