From beginning to end my reservation meant nothing. You advertise reservation guarantee. Not even close to being correct. Staff knew I wanted a certain box truck, neither location had it so I got gouged out of 30 dollars. False advertising, rates are flexible on the company’s end and they don’t care how unkind they are to you. Never again if it can be helped will I use UHaul.

It was not a good situation. The people shared my information with people on the phone, the information was not explained. The truck took a long time to switch gears. And the price that was quoted to me was not the price I paid . I won't go through this company again.

NICOLE LI had problems getting the truck assigned to me then once it was assigned to me I had to jump through hoops for the location to get me a key because it was not in the lock box that it should have been in the overall process cost of me an hour of my time that I was already behind on I utilize U-Haul whenever I need a truck but I will not be returning to this location if at all possible. With that being said the couple times I had to call customer service they were right on it customer service did an amazing job on helping me with what they could help me with..
