Get an alignment job done on the truck. The steering wheel was at a 45 degree angle while driving in a straight line.

andre lI was never told to bring back the truck at the same location by the employee who gave me the keys. She was really rude over the phone. I got off work to get the truck and bring it back to Centre De L Auto Prevost. They still charged me an extra 211.72$ and did not provide any receipt to explain these fees… Still not resolved. Please help me resolve this issue. Thank you

Yannick LI m a long standing costumers with uhaul you can see it on your record this time the van was dirty I have pictures, and smell like a WC seriously, and for one 2 days rental 789$ I assumed the Km is no limit didn't know and in the end for bringing some sofa from Montreal to Sherbrooke 789$ this is not acceptable when I try to explain the person Véronique was a total drama Queen. So I tried to content you company only to get automated messages how price competitive you are what a joke, I have to pick up a Enterprise rental today for 300$ 4 days unlimited km I have the invoice to prove it. I only hope you have the decency to fix my bill and ask for the video of your equipment. I did not post you on YouTube I wait for a call from your management. Otherwise I will not recommend you and I will not use Uhaul in the future. 789$ seriously

Vincent Mwith my one-way rental i got 466 miles allowed. For the return they made a changed to 260 to bill me the difference as extra fees. they didnt want to close the contract while i was there, instead they preferred to help customer for their own business. the result is that i overpaid 850$ for blankets i didnt get and milage that i didnt use. and on top of that they refuse to give me a receipt for the equipment return. I wont ever use your services because of the lazyness of the people who dont care making mistakes because it will be charged on the customer anyway.

KATHERINE AAn improvement on the app for picking up the truck is needed. The button is not easy to find to open the page for picking up your truck. It is small and at the bottom of the screen. Please make it larger and more prominent on the screen.

Mostapha KEverything at Centre De L Auto Prevost was ok but two major annoyances happened during my rent: 1) The App never worked, when I tired to log I got a generic error message, customer service over the phone couldn't do anything about it. 2) The truck ran out of battery when I left the warning lights for about 30 minutes, I lost an hour trying to jump start the truck. Warning lights should not drain the battery that fast, which means the truck battery was almost dead. Besaides that all was good.

Paule MI booked in English, but everything I received by email was in French. There needs to be a place on the receipt etc. to change to English. Nice people running this location, however, inside the cab the seats were dirty from the previous person. ( Not that I cared but I would have if I had gotten a cleaning charge.) The app never allowed me to sign in. I was able to access my account from the website, but you need to work on that app!
Derek RLa seule chose que je trouve dommage, c'est qu'on ne reçoit pas le camion full d'essence et qu'on doit le remettre full quand on le rapporte. Normalement c'est comme sa et je trouve sa dommage qu'on doit le rapporter exactement comme on l'a eu comme hier par exemple au 1/4.

Andre CThe requested Dolly (Diable) and furniture pads were not loaded into the truck. When I asked the shop owner, he told me : "you shouldn't need them", doesn't matter I paid for them. I had to take them to the car myself. I rented it after a day of snowfall (dec 4th), and the top roof was still completely covered in about 6 inches of snow. Dangerous since I was going to drive it on the highway, for more than 300 km. Only provided tool was a shabby snow broom, not a long one. I found a way to clear it myself. Windshield washer ran out on the highway. I had to go to the gas station to purchase some myself. Traction of the tires on the snow was not good. It slipped more than expected. Old tires maybe or just my inexperience. The rest of the truck in good shape. Overall the experience not the best, a little more annoying than it could have been. Otherwise manageable.
