Audrey in the office was amazing. She has an outstanding personality and did a very nice job of handling me, and everyone else who came into the office while I was waiting. She made the experience seamless. The downside: we expected contactless, arrived early as we were told to do via websites and then email confirmation only to find the doors locked and a message on our smartphone saying sorry you can't pick this up until the office opens, an hour later!!!!!! This issue needs to be resolved from your website which cost us time and money. Audrey saved the day.Stacy G.

When I picked up the vehicle, it had puke on the passengers side which I didn't see because it was parked too close to the other vehicles, the washer fluid was empty, which I had to purchase some, the rear drivers tail light does not work for any function, it needed an oil change when picked up and the shocks are worn out causing it to bounce while on the highway. Just picked up another vehicle and this one needs an oil change and wiper fluid also. These trucks are not maintained at all. Fire the maintenance crew. I'll maintain them for a fee since no one else does it.ron S.

I didn’t have any food in my storage space but when I went to take my things out there was a lot of mice drops in almost all my belongins I even found one dead mice. I think the owners and the customers should take a little more care about their spaces.Jennifer A. | Overall Experience

If this site had ball hitches in stock we would not have had to go to the Lawrence Broadway store. We spent quite some time at that store as they did not have adequate staff. Also the Broadway Lawrence location is awful and there is no parking.MARYALICE B.
Nice and secure and easy to find location. Big driveway to maneuver the trailer. Pleasant and helpful staff. Only suggestion would be to post the correct hours on the website. The website states they open at 9am, but they open st 8am.Robert M.
There was one lonely employee, abandoned by the bosses. They didn't have the 20' truck I reserved a WEEK early. This one worker handled it perfect, I'll use this location just for her. U Haul sucks, they run the numbers too close. But there's nothing like a good employee.JEFFREY B.

Systems were not working properly, making pick up a headache. Drove the vehicle off the premises to then find that there was only a quarter of a tank of gas in it, not the 1/2 tank that was specified in the contract. Additionally there was a big broken cabinet/shelf left behind in the truck that was a major inconvenience for me during a stressful move. Over all, very poor experience.Paul Z.

The truckshare pick up did not work, so I'm very glad that I scheduled the pickup during business hours. However, even with the amazing staff member (I can't remember her name) trying her hardest to execute my reservation the software simply would not let her because I had tried to use the truckshare pick up option. It took much longer than necessary to do the pickup, especially considering COVID, but she was very helpful.Conner B.

Audrey was very helpful and sweet. Sadly a mistake was made- I was charged for a dolly and a misplacement fee although I never got the dolly. Had to call several times and still haven't been refunded even though it was a silly mistake.Cecilia M R.
The gear shift changer was a bit finicky. Had trouble at times getting it to shift into the right gear. But the pick-up/drop-off service was excellent, and I appreciated that they increased my mileage allowance to allow for getting from the location to my house to our destination and back. There was only a drop box for returns, I wish that was more prominent when booking the UHaul return. Since there was only a drop box I thought it would be 24/7 like the website suggests but there was an enclosing fence that locks, so we had to come back again the next morning.YAMAN S.
