Improve web interface. Drop down on website did not allow the selection of a riverside truck drop off location. Text message containing driver license upload link had blank space, so could not open on phone since the blank space became the encode value %20.

Open the location when originally discussed. The spot said open at 830 am and arrived at 825 for the location not to open until 845. The reservation placed was lost somehow and was told I needed to go to another location only for the individual to share they brought the wrong vehicle out. After another 40 minutes, I was able to grab my location. On my return the area has no service and impossible to complete the exit process. It was uncomforting and very much so a place I would never consider using. The location I selected prior was adjusted on ya side unfortunately. Customer service was pathetic. Really didn't seem like y'all cared.

No person to help with pick up of vehicle, had to raise a fuss just to get someone to help me and get the keys for the vehicle.

Gate was locked at the location. It took over 40 minutes to get the trailer rented after I already reserved it online. Employee did not seem to know what he was doing. He was the only employee there and called another person multiple times with questions. Trailer had trash inside of it when rented. They mixed up the trailers, I needed one with a wheel chock and they did paperwork for one without. They switched trailers but never noted in their system. After returning the trailer in Vista I was called and questioned about whether I returned the trailer due to the Fontana locations messed up paperwork. There was no customer service. Employee was attempting to get a credit card to work with another customer while I waited for 20 minutes, then took another 20 minutes to complete my paperwork and hook up the trailer.
