There’s absolutely nothing really needed to improve anything based on on my experience, grateful everything went smoothly, The gentleman that helped me by the Name of Ricky was very informative and efficient in explaining everything, all with a smile, will return to this location on my next move

RUDE.......I said good morning on arrival no response, could NOT be bothered to help me get to a location to park . I thought I had 1/4 tank of gas, I kept looking at monitor and it looked OK to me...Also I choose this location as it was to save me $50.00 off my bill for a different location than the city I was in........It was suppose to be like 20 minutes from my location, it took me over an hour to drive to this location, so it was no longer a better deal for me time and money wise. I drove by multiple Uhaul locations on the way, felt so strange. My daughter asked the person checking to make sure we were all good on full, he told we were NOT we were under the 1/4 tank requirement. He put a surcharge on my bill. I was NOT under the 1/4 tank he took a picture saying I was at 5/16 which is above 1/4 . I would like a response on this.......

Everything was really good. It was so wonderful to come to your company to get a UHAUL to do my work.
