It has nothing to do with the location. They just don't clean the U-Haul vehicles because they're in and out so quickly. Someone needs to. Cup holders with old sticky soda in them and leaves and debris all in the back of the U-Haul as soon as I get it is not appropriate. If you want us to clean the vehicle so we aren't charged, make sure it's clean when we get it.

Hollie H.Guy was nice, but the truck I got was dirty In the cab and the cargo area. I had to clean both to avoid a charge. The cargo light did not work, which made moving at night fairly difficult, and the drop off instructions were not very good and possibly outdated. It instructed to park on the south side of the building with the other trucks in the rectangles but there were no trucks on the south side of the building and no rectangles anywhere from what I could tell. Overall just not a very good experience.

At the previous pick up spot there is a coded gate, so you would think they'd give you a code to enter if the pin is in the back. For Chad's car care location they were great and very helpf11ul. Your hire a helper group stunk they get (-10) stars

Insurance and miles driven were changed. Resulting in my card being charged an additional pending transaction that will not drop off for several days. Very unprofessional and I don't think it's legal.

shindie B.There were coffee stains on the inside of the vehicle. The rental office smelled like cigarettes. There were politically offensive signs on the entrance door of the rental office. Besides that, the vehicle contained 1/4 of a tank of gas, which is extremely difficult to return at that exact level of fuel. And right now, considering the cost of the fuel, I don't want to waste money on returning a vehicle with more fuel than it started with. Truck ran just fine though.
