I would avoid this location at all costs , very poorly managed and the area dispatcher is extremely unprofessional . Late showing up , equipment not taken care of , and very poor customer service.......go to Enterprise on Rucker Blvd

Took over an hour to just do the paperwork to rent a car dolly not clean covered in oil and dirt then another 30 minutes to get a refund from the deposit

To have a better representative who is not rude or have an attitude. Was cursing the whole time and said “everyone keeps coming in and I am just trying to go to the store to get some fucking ice” worst experience I’ve ever had through uhaul. And also the truck had a lot of scrap wood and was TRASHED

Customer service was awful. I talked to Scott the area manager about my experience hopefully everything is resolved. I am also suppose to get a credit that I am waiting for. But I will never use uhaul again.

The hitch would not stay on the ball and it came off 2 times at two different occasions at a major intersection in Dothan Al. I called it in and they told me to try to get it to a uhaul place I couldn’t. It would not stay hitched. I called my husband and he came. He literally had to chain the trailer around his hitch and ball and his back bumper to get it back to Chads. I don’t plan to ever pull another trailer of uhaul
