I think I was overcharged for the one-way rental. The drop off location was just an QR code to scan on the side of a building in a dropbox for a key.

To actually calculate miles. I did not use a lot of miles and I was charged more.

I should be reimbursed for all the gas left with. 1/2 of a tand brought it back with 3/4 of a tank I had the truck was than 8 hours

Don't allow non-mobile rentals to be scheduled 2.5hrs before the location opens. This was a horrible experience and felt very suspicious in the moment.
