Mobile drop-off so didn't work with any personnel. Address took me close, but difficult way to enter. Think that's more of a Google issue than u-haul.
Jason PVery difficult to get into the parking lot to return the truck. The lot was not well maintained and looks like a junk yard. I was unsure were to park the truck but a tow truck driver helped me find a spot. No one from Uhaul was there when I arrived. Finally as I was about leave, someone showed up to check in the truck. Do not use this location
DAVID LMy pickup location was changed the when I got there they only had 1 trailer and it was missing a wheel, they down graded me to a smaller trailer made things very difficult for the amount of things I had to move. When I made my reservation it said they had 3 trailers the size I need available, this is the second time I have made a reservation only to arrive and not have what I had ordered. I and very unhappy with Uhaual
DENNIS RI had to lift the trailer up to my truck, and unload it myself. There is no jack in order to raise and lower it to the vehicle you are towing it with. Therefore I hurt my back having to pick up. It is such a heavy trailer without the proper mechanical means to raise and lower it.

THOMAS RI spoke with a lady name, Sharon. She said that she’s worth the U-Haul for 20 years and that my situation with U-Haul from my drop off location being changed from Lebanon, Tennessee to Memphis Tennessee was the strangest she has ever heard of she switched my location. To champs auto he gave me extra miles to make sure that I would not be charged for mileage due to the fact that U-Haul was at fault. I’ve never experienced this from U-Haul. I’ve been using U-Haul for years. I’m just happy that it’s over with.
