They also did not seem to have that in the computer system at the drop off site that the lights did not work on the trailer or aware they had to have someone look at it. The drop off site did not seem to care about documenting or coming out and look at the trailer to verify either damage or the overall return of the trailer. Called the owner and he handled the return through the phone, nobody at the site seemed to know the process or verification of the equipment, that I've experienced in the past.

Storage lot needs to be cleaned and organized. The workers at the restaurant didn't speak English so kinda hard to communicate. My online uhaul app. wasn't working that great, maybe a glitch. Otherwise ok experience, it took me about 40 minutes to get everything ready and head out. Thank you!
