They did not have the appliance dolly I ordered in the truck. The lock box for the key was already turned to the combination so anyone wanting to could unlock it, gain access to the key and drive off. Not anything to do with this location but the app was confusing and the charge per mile is crazy.

The truck was fine. There isn't a good place to return the vehicle without taking up space in their parking lot.
