REGINALD HThe man who helped us rent the vehicle was a racist jerk! We made a reservation and were there ahead of time. He had two 10" trucks, which he gave us the truck with a dead battery. This delayed our departure and almost caused an accident. A white couple comes in after and he gives them the other truck with no reservation. Mind you, he KNEW about the issue due to previous renters. He said that he basically gaslit them into thinking nothing was wrong with the truck just like he did with us! I hated this whole experience because of this man. Wouldn't rent a Uhaul again.
ALFREDO MThe Van was well maintained and easy to drive. The cab and windows inside were not cleaned. However, the overall experience for a first time rental van was a very good one. Danny was friendly, accommodating and professional. I would recommend Chapman Storage most definitely! Would use this location again.

DANIEL TThis is self-storage place that does u-haul on the side. The owner was very accommodating and friendly and helpful but couldn't get the computer to work. Uhaul corporate released the two dolly but didn't put the charge through. The location then called me the next day for a credit card but somehow ended up charging me $120 more than originally quoted. I returned the tow dolly early (not local) but they couldn't help me on the overcharge. Uhaul corporate took 3 phone calls over 4 weeks to refund the overcharge and never did call me as they said they would. All said, I would use both Chapman and Uhaul again because they were all polite and professional, just a bit corporately confused.

TONY CTrailer had 2 tires that looked like they needed replacing and had 1 blow out on us. Had to wait 3+ hours to get it swapped because of bad service.

RANDY CMy fiancé dropped off the trailer in time. There was no one at the facility and he parked it where they had to move it. I was charged $20.00 for that which was the only bad part of this experience.
Suzanne SI was over charged bc the guy working there didnt check our dolly in until the day after we turned it in. To the tune of 170.00+ dollars! At Christmas!!! Then its 3 or 4 phone calls and the run around to get our money back! Im furious!!! IF we get our money back I will amend this review, otherwise renter BEWARE!!!!! Also theres no place to return things safely (like car dollys) when they arent o0en. Anyone could drive in, hitch up and take what we rented and then we'd really be screwed!
Michael MGet rid of the app. I had a 730 pick up for a 2 day rental this was before the location opened. The app was such a pain it would not show the driver's license loaded in my end. Had to push the pick up to 0900 then once at store the DL was there all along. Lost 2 hours of use. Ended up dropping off early to avoid app use also. Total time 0900 Friday to 1300 sat. Still charged 2 days. Also charged for off hours pickup/delivery when in fact I had to do this during hours account useless app
