When we got the rental, it was completely dirty on the exterior and interior. We had to clean the mirrors and windshield off ourselves in order to see clearly. The truck was covered in dirt and dead bugs. The interior floorboards, dash, cup holders, and seats all needed vacuumed. We had to clean what appeared to be blood off of 2 seats. There were crumbs all in the seats.

This location was not open at 8 AM but my reservation was for 8 AM. However, they were able to provide me with a truck. It took approximately 45 minutes for me to complete the truck rental despite having an online reservation. They did not have a furniture dolly available like I reserved but stated I would be refunded $7 upon return. Once I returned everything they said they could not issue the refund due to certain restrictions because they are new to U-Haul. She attempted to contact her manager with no success several times. She stated she would email me once she got the refund approved but I still have yet to receive that email. Tomorrow will make one week. I don’t recommend the U-Haul location due to lack of organization. And I still want my refund.
