Otto LPicking up with the app was a smooth experience and everything was properly set up, plus truck was parked for easy access and driving away.

Dave MThey very helpful, and worked with us on the pick time. We need to empty my mom's house because of her passing. We were able to get the trailer earlier outside of normal business hours, so we could have it loaded before the time of the funeral.
Dennis KDrop off was the worst I ever seen had me go to 3 different locations and customers service was horrible also she said she spoke to are second drop off went there they were closed and then sent me to another location never again NEVER 👎
Bill LFYI, the cup holder broke as I set a cup of coffee in it. No burns, but what a mess. Definitely needs to be replaced.

John CI had no problem with this location, the problem is uhaul service. We reserved a truck, then uhaul emailed not available. Then we need to drive out of town ( longer distance) to get a a truck . We had reservations for a 20 and received a 26. ( So wrong truck) then drive back to our town. We then we're given a further location form our drop off. Beacuse of uhaul. Then you charge me for extra mileage cause my reservation got screwed up??!?!? First and last experience with uhaul.. Shame on you
Nic SOne of the tire straps on the auto transport was frayed, shorter, and quite worn. It definitely should be replaced.

Jason ODealing with the phone app is awful, and trying to get assistance by phone should not take an extra hour and a half to be able to just check out or check in equipment. The desktop website was a horrible experience, also. I shouldn't have to pay these outrageous prices for equipment that doesn't have a driver's door close properly, or USB ports to charge a phone in case I need to call roadside assistance if chance of a breakdown.
Lawrence FIf I don't reserve hand cart or blankets please remove them from the truck for more space.
