I’ve had at least (1) unit and sometimes multiple units at this location over the past 10 years. During my experience with Chenal Storage, I experienced one break-in. The issue was resolved and I was able to move forward. The current property manager, Christina has been the BEST. This property location is very clean and well kept. Christina is very professional and has been available whenever, I’ve had questions or concerns. I highly recommend this location and will most likely use them in the future.

The employees at this facility are very friendly and personable. I was actually sad after having moved all of my property out. Consistently this location doesn't have furniture pads when I show up to pick up the truck, even though I reserved them when I booked the truck reservation and did not receive any notification that there would be an issue with this item. I have either been able to run around town to another UHaul location to get some or have adjusted my need. Think this is something you need to get a handle on.

With all the twists and turns of life, Chenal storage has been one of the easy things to deal with when I sold my first home after the death of my husband. The attendant was especially kind and thoughtful to my situation when I just needed someone to listen. Overall I had the storage about 3 years. I would most certainly recommend and use them again.
