The people were friendly and the truck was clean and worked well. The issue I had was with the check in process. I couldn't get the app to let me take photos of the truck and I had trouble being verified to pick up. I had a photo of a lease but it wouldn't let me add an already taken photo. I eventually got a second person to answer the phone to verify me. But I think the check in process could be easier.

All the u-hauls are inconveniently parked. As well, since it is also a mechanics shop their hours aren't accurate online. They lied to customer service and said we dropped off the uhaul four days late when we actually returned it a day early. Customer service rectified the situation but the location did attempt to take advantage of me.
Trinity WThe guy that was supposed to rent it to me was in his car while telling the guy doing an oil change how to do it. Milage wasn’t checked, the condition of the truck wasn’t checked, the gas wasn’t checked. They just gave me the keys and let me go. It wasn’t worth $67. I had it less than 2 hours and only went 4 blocks away. Never again with this location
Jana CThere was an error with my online reservation: the wrong equipment number was entered on their data system from what it said on my contract. As a result, when I returned the equipment, I was charged over $300 more than expected. The mileage reading used for billing came from the incorrectly assigned equipment—not the one I actually took. Unfortunately, no one at the location seemed to know how to resolve the issue or offer meaningful assistance. I had to spend over an hour on the phone with customer service to get it addressed. I’m now waiting for the reimbursement to be processed, which I hope will arrive within the next few days.
