The truck was not cleaned. The center console was full of food and glitter, the ramp had lots of dirt on it and there was something that looked like cottage cheese under the back door. Also, the key boxes at the location are too tall for me to read the combinations. Had to put the key in the Dropbox

The entire pick up/drop off process took longer than I expected, but it was a Sunday so it was all done electronically. The main problem was that it was pouring down rain and I was alone trying to hold the umbrella and take pictures of the truck and get the key out of the lock box. I'm sure it would have been a smoother process and a lot easier if it wasn't raining. Overall, the electronic process worked well (there were step-by-step instructions) and it was nice that I was able to rent a UHaul on a day the office was closed. I would probably use this location again.
