I had no issue with Cheryl's Exxon as far as my trailer rental. The only issue I had was with U-Hauls app that I could not do a check in with the trailer. It would not accept my photo verifying that it was clean inside on the U-Haul app.

With the money I had to spend, I expected a trailer that didn’t have a broken leaf spring. Uhaul put my elderly mother, my fur babies, myself and my boyfriends life in danger. The trailer swayed so bad after we got on the road. We could only go at slow speeds and when we broke down, we set on the side of the road for hours. With a. Elderly mom and all my fur babies in this excessive heat....I think I deserved a bit of a discount. I do have a upcoming move and I will not be using Uhaul! I value my life!

Fix computer issues.
From the 29th of feb to the 8th of march is 8 days.
My rental was 8 days travel.
But unit was due back the 7th.
And managers especially in lake jackson la. Need to have compassion for the customer...
