Took forever because computer was slow, clerk was mumbling things that I couldn’t understand so apparently he thought I said OK to the insurance when I didn’t understand what he was saying - he couldn’t take the insurance back off because he already processed the rental. Now I am being charged for 2 days when the receipt clearly shows I had it less than 24 hours - am currently fighting that charge. Very frustrating and I’ll be using someone else in the future.

There was no option for a dolly or a tarp
Cassandra RI am never using uhaul again the first uhaul did not start they made me take a second one that had the BEAKES FAIL DOWNHILL the man did not speak English would not let me pay and charged me four times for the uhaul and now you are trying to send me to collections for a missed payment. I will be contacting my lawyer

Marcus JLocation staff unable to assist with pick up. Had to sign up for 24/7 while at location to try to pick up truck. Ran into a snag and called 800#. Extremely rude! Will go back to using Budget for all of our needs. Have never gone through what we went through trying to reserve and pick up this truck. Horrible!

Robert CMy only complaint is that I needed a utility dolly. I reserved one but upon arrival to the pick up facility I was told they do not have any moving equipment. UHaul should be aware of the equipment requested and either let the customer know it is not available or make it available.
