ANNE TPoor customer service, considering I did self pick up and for Chet’s employees to be rude, and clearly all of them are inexperienced. Absolute worst pick up ever no equipment made available in the truck the whole entire process by far my worst experience and will definitely play a part if there will be a future customer!

Damon AI didn't realize that the location would not be my selected location when I reserved the truck. I had to scrambe to find a way to this location the day before I moved. Also, they did not have any of the dollys I reserved. I also did not realize this was possible. I also didn't receive the furniture pads I reserved, even though they said they had them.
Colin RKind of confusing where to park the vehicle and also to drop off the keys. Had to call up U-Haul customer service and ask them where I should leave the key. They made a note on my account where I left it because I had no clue where to put the keys after hours.
Adam SThe problem that I had was with the UHAUL system. My phone had poor coverage and could not access your website. Because your system relied on me being physically close to us it, I could not go home and use it. IT was fairly ridiculous but the UHAUL person for the local outfit saved the day. Your app, however, sucks.
Andy ODon’t let people online reserve the equipment at the site they want to do business then make them go 12 miles away to pick it up.

I wanted to pick it up on one day and return it the next. I feel I got charged for being given the option to have it another day.

JERRI WI dropped off my 20 foot truck when the location was technically closed (using mobile drop off), and this location was confusing and difficult to navigate. The lot was small and very full, and it was really challenging to park a 20 foot truck without blocking anything. The instructions on where to park were not specific. If possible, it would be helpful to suggest to future customers to return equipment to the larger u-haul location just down the street instead - I would not recommend this location for large equipment drop-off.
ELLEN SStaff “lost” keys to the uhaul was very unfriendly, rude, definitely wouldn’t not recommend! Would not recommend uhaul period I tried to call them 4 times, on hold for over 30 min each time still never reached a uhaul representative to speak to!

DANIEL MI did not receive the phone call I was promised the day before confirming my reservation and pickup so I called myself at 6pm. After a long hold I was told my preferred location didn’t have a truck for me and I would be going to this affiliate which is fine except I showed up on Saturday and they weren’t open. Luckily there was 1 guy working in the shop and while he was confused by it, he was able to get me the truck. He just had me self check in online and I took off with the truck. Halfway through my trip I get an email that my reservation was cancelled since I didn’t show up.. I called to sort that out which required waiting quite a while on hold and more confusion but eventually sorted out. The truck and move worked fine but you’ve got some kinks to work out on the checkout process.
Christopher WWebsite froze when trying to return. Hold time for customer service was long and the part that says to wait til next open day to return equipment if having trouble was deep into the phone tree message so I missed it. Locked the truck, put the keys in the lock box and went home to sit on hold. Person on phone was friendly and helpful. Again I don’t feel like I should be charged for going over the miles when Inwould not have if the pick up location had not been changed on me.
Colleen WThe man who helped hook up my trailer was very helpful, beyond that...meh. Its a maintnenance shop, so its not like they are gonna kiss my butt, which is fine. The parking lot there is super crowded whereas the one at 126 SE Linscoln in St Cloud MN was very easy to maneuver/park.
JOHN BVery minimal places to park the uhaul as the lot was packed with other vehicles. Also, there was no uhaul key drop box; just the car centers drop box. I felt terrible leaving the uhaul there and no directions/signs or instructions other than the generic uhaul site directions. The drop off location should have signs of where to park for future customers.

james lIt would be helpful if their was a U-haul sign or logo somewhere in the side of the building with information for people dropping off after hours I didn't know where to park the truck, and i wasn't sure if dropping the key in the car repair key slot was correct.

James VI made reservations a week in advance, they had no idea they had a trailer going out. I did everything thing online for express checkout and was there for over an hour to get checked out. The jack on the trailer was not functioning properly but was able to make it work. Not sure if the trailer had been inspected but luckily made 950 miles without any problems.
Brad BI usually prefer getting my uhaul rentals at their regular centers instead of the neighborhood locations but thought that Chet's gave me the same level of attention and service as I would at the uhaul only locations. The person who assisted me, Paul, was a good guy.
John SMake sure the equipment is in working condition when it is returned to save time for the next user. Finish check in with one customer before helping another that comes in after.
Lori PEric and Paul at Chet's were outstanding!!!!. Great uhaul representative!! COMPLAINT. TRIED TO DROP IN MADISON AT THE PACKER AVENUE UHAUL LOCATION. UHAUL SAYS CAN DROP ANYWHERE. I WAS DENIED DROP ABILITY. WAS NOT TREATED NICELY. VERY RUDE. BASICALLY WE REFUSE TO TAKE YOUR TRAILER. REPRESENTATIVE KNEW NOTHING WAS ON PHONE WITH?? MANAGER. JUST RELAYING MESSAGE. DAID UHAUL CANT MAKE US TAKE EQUIPMENT WE DONT WANT!! WAS -32 DEGREES IN MADISON. WENT TO CHETS. NICE FOLKS. THEY TOO COMPLAINED ABOUT PACKARD AVENUE UHAUL IN MADISON REJECTING EQUIPMENT AND "DUMPING ITEMS ON US!! DAMN FRUSTRATING" ERIC AT CHETS SAID Was disappointing Glad Chet's was professional.
