I used the app and selected the N. Orlando Ave., Winter Park, FL location and then actually drove there the day. I was supposed to pick-up my U-Haul truck that evening to confirm everything was all set and then I received a text that my location was changed. I was moved to a Chevron gas station on Aloma Ave in Winter Park and that location was a disaster. They only had one U-Haul and the people running the Chevron had no idea how to help me.
