The truck was clean but there wasn’t a dolly and I was directed to several stores that also didn’t have a dolly until I finally got one. It wasn't organized and the man wasn’t helpful he directed me to customer service who directed me to a store that didn’t have one. Fortunately that store actually called other stores and got a hold of one that did have one but it added an additional hour to our move to go searching for a dolly that should have just been in the truck.

The whole check in process was a nuisance. I had to move the vehicle multiple times to get the pictures and it took way longer than it should have. The check engine light was on but no one cared. Getting the key was a huge process too because I wasn’t given a code and the staff wasn’t knowledgeable so I had to wait for them to call someone. I would never rent a uhaul this way again and would likely just go to a different company
