I am not happy with Uhaul ever all this time and the reason is that I made my reservation one day before in person in Uhaul location on Arizona and Knox the day of my reservation in the morning I got a call from Uhaul asking me if I needed my reservation I replied yes then the person on the other side told me that they don’t have a 10 feet truck and she has to send me to another location to pick up the truck , I asked there are like 7 trucks that size are parked in your lot she replied those are for one way rental and she said I have to pick up my truck from the other location and she said she already called them in advance, I went to the location to pick up the truck people in the location did not know anything about my reservation I showed them my reservation number and then she started asking and got someone on the line finally after like 20 minutes I got the truck.

The location was simply a gas station, which is fine, but there’s no U-haul signs anywhere. I had issues with my rental so I needed to call in and get that sorted out. Otherwise the lady working the counter was friendly and helpful.
JOSHUA SGuy at counter was very helpful, even though the system for buying/checking in there was down.
Skye RIt is disappointing that you only allow a few miles extra from pick up location to drop off location. Customers still have to drive to a location to pick up the furniture and then drive to the drop off location of their furniture before returning the rental to its location and find a gas station to fill up. I only had 7 miles extra to pick up my furniture and drop it off, luck i finished at exactly 63 mile allotted to me. Anything more is charged .99 cents/mile, not good customer service.....
MARK SI was texted by uhaul after I made my reservation at the San Tan Valley hunt highway location. They offered me 250 dollars to go pickup the truck from the stated location above. It is 40 minutes from my house. When we arrived, its a gas station! I was not made aware. I thought it was a uhaul and I had planned to buy the boxes and things I needed. I had to stand on the clerks cell phone for 45 minutes because the system is so new, she wasnt sure how it worked. She was amazing and nice. It wasn't her fault. I got the truck and still had to proceed to a uhaul location to get the things I needed. I was very disappointed in the time that was wasted that I could've been on the road. I drove from Arizona to Idaho and halfway into my two day trip, I realized the back left blinker wasnt working. Very dangerous.
SARAH WThe location itself was fantastic with kind staff that tried to help us, but the U-Haul rep that changed my location lied about the distance, and then the U-Haul rep never sent instructions on how to ‘self service’ pick up the U-Haul, then my phones location was on but apparently not precise enough so it kept saying I wasn’t there, and then the blankets I’d bought weren’t in the truck. The pick up was actually a nightmare and put me an hour behind schedule, plus I had to then go to another location to get the furniture blankets.
