When I arrived after making a reservation I had to wait 20 min for the cashier to call and follow the instructions from the person on the other line. I was told that a prorate of $93.00 for minimum of 30 miles. I asked the question if I travel less will the price go down. I was told “yes”. The mileage was 152672 then I returned it at 152695 which equals 23 miles that I returned the vehicle. I took pictures but I was charged for 30 miles. I asked for a receipt and I was told I could not get a receipt that it would be emailed to me. This is unprofessional that there was no one to service me when I returned my vehicle and charged me for 30 miles instead of 23 miles. I am not satisfied with this service at all. I am going to write a review on Google and other websites to let people know that this location will scam you of your money.

Re evaluate the overall charges, .99 cents a mile and 1.19 a mile on weekends plus re-filling gas and taxes is steep to rent a truck for a couple of hours

Alicia MThe location was quite disorganized as it was a convenience store and not equipped to provide proper assistance. Everyone was very friendly, just not set up to answer questions. They had to call someone who took all information over the phone and then handed over the keys. I went to the truck and it opened, but wouldn't turn on. I had to go back inside and wait for someone who just so happened to know the trick of using the truck since the key was broken. I asked for another truck but he said the same issue was with the other truck there. Basically I had to pump the brake for several minutes while trying to turn the key for it to finally turn over eventually. The truck needs maintenance to say the least.

It was the easiest experience ever and Samantha your employee who runs it is amazing she was so kind helping me prepare for moving my son into college from Pa it was already to go when we got there and when I returned it the chevon attendant was super helpful and very nice on Wednesday the 12 th of January .
