your uhaul app really needs to be reworked because it crashes really bad.

ALLAN SI am currently in dispute for over charge as the dolly I requested was not present. Now they want $120 because I didn't return. They just keep taking money out of my account. I have witnesses to the absent dolly and will take action if not refunded all but the original charge. This has been a terrible expetience!

Michael SThe rental aspect at this location was poorly handled. The person in charge of overseeing your rental is the person working behind the counter at the convenience store gas station. What should have taken only about at the most 10 minutes to do, the transaction for the rental and connecting the car transport to our vehicle, took a total of over 25 minutes. If you rent from this location be prepared to wait and wait and wait as the person behind the counter who handles your transaction has to continually wait on customers at the counter. Then he does all of the information and transaction on his cell phone between customers. He doesn't go out to the lot to make sure where your equipment is located and if it's easy accessible or not. When we went across the street to the grass and gravel lot, we at first couldn't find the trailer with our number on it. After searching and searching we finally found it. However, there was a U-Haul box truck parked in front of the trailers tongue. We could not back our truck up to it to connect the car transport to our truck. I walked back across the four-lane highway to the convenience store and told the man there's a box truck in front of the car transport and I can't get to it. The clerk first told me I have to find the number on the truck and come back to him and he'll give me the right key for it. I guess seeing the put out frustration in my face, he just handed me five different keys for five different box trucks. And the clerk told me to look at the number on the truck and corresponded it with the same number key and that would be the key I need to start up the box truck and move it out of the way. We did that. And then it took a little while to get the truck hitch backed up to the tongue of the car transport. Then I had to go back across the highway and drop the keys off. I waited in that convenience store between customer transactions and him trying to enter my information on his cell phone for about 17 or 18 minutes. I have rented different equipment at U-Haul for over 40 years. I have no way near encountered any experience at these other locations over the years like I experienced at this one and Muscle Shoals, Alabama. Mark
mark rThe vehicles were parked across a busy street from where you picked up the key. The mileage screen had an error message to service some part of the vehicle and not a way for me to answer how many miles I drove. She cashier that gave me the key would wait on every gas station customer as they came in and I had to wait 40 minutes for her to finish the UhAul transaction on a cell phone She said just take this key and which ever one it corresponds to, just take that one. The entire pickup process was pathetic and rediculous. I will never get one from this unsafe location.
Steven BThe truck requires engine or power train maintenance, or both. The truck was provided to me on empty. The clerk requested that her supervisor allow her to fill the tank. He refused; I had to add fuel which then gave the next person less than a quarter of a tank. The check-in process took over an hour. The clerk handling the check-in process did a great job maintaining communication.

Brenda WWas over charged for fuel. I have picture of fuel and it is not low as the person says and charged me $103 for 16gallons of fuel. The uhal was not 16gallons low when dropped off. I did not receive the $40 rebate that I was told would go back on my card, instead I was charged $103
