CLARIBEL SAs poor as my pick-up experience was at a different location, my drop-off experience was excellent. The owners were very helpful, accommodating, and personable. They were apologetic that I had a negative experience at a different location earlier in the day. This location is much more representative of my experience with the U-Haul brand.
