Very bad experience at the store at sandy bottom made reservations went to pick up truck on Saturday showed the guy my reservation e-mail there was no reservation in the computer he said they tried calling and didn't even have my number on file it was a big shit show Saturdayrobert S.

Hours listed as 9-1 on Sunday, there was a sign on the door â€˜Closed Sunday' and there were no lights on which made it appear the building was closed but the U-Haul customer service rep was inside the entire time myself and another renter were trying to figure out what to do. Once the rep made it known she was there she was very helpful.Todd T.

Lets start with the positives: The locations both pick up and drop off are/were fine. The service personnel were all helpful and polite. The equipment itself was very good to excellent. THAT is where it ends BIG TIME. UHAUL's policy of allowing someone to pick a location and then randomly changing it to fit their needs at the last minute is just plain BAD BUSINESS!!! In addition, I rented a truck and a tow dolly, Uhaul ACTUALLY assigned the pick ups in TWO DIFFERENT LOCATIONS!!!!! Then it was MY TIME MY GAS AND MY MILEAGE for TWO vehicles to pick up the tow dolly. This is in dispute and I am not paying until I get some satisfaction!!!Jeffrey H.

I called on Saturday at 11 to set up a drop off time. They did not answer the phone so I left a message. I never got a call back. I stopped by the location at 1:30 and they were closed. They were to close at 1:00. I just did the drop off app.Jay R.

Windshield was very dirty and bug stained. Had to clean it at my house to avoid any visibility issues. Not what I expected and paid for!Edward M.
It took my over 45 minutes to get the rental and the over 45 minutes to return the rental. The cab of the truck was unlock able and in safe for personal property. I spent over an hour trying to get better rate. I feel Uhaul should offer a discounted mileage rate due to what a hassle it was to rent this truck. I would love to see that be sent to my visa.Timothy M.

I did not select this location to drop off, I choose another. However I was charged for the extra mileage and time to get from the place I picked to this place without my authorization. U-Haul website is terrible. My 24/7 order was impossible to expedite on my phone, so I had to wait for this location to open so they could help me personally. I lost time. Fortunately they were excellent. Unfortunately, I'll never use 24/7 again with U-Haul.Robert S.

The app needs improvement in regard to the return process. Even though I was returning a trailer, the app demanded a picture of the fuel gauge!? (Non-existent) And when using an Android phone, the "take photo" window was unresponsive, but an iPhone worked. I had to return to the site for the app to submit the proper location. I had already left. This was a learning experience.Greg T.
