Explained before I left that chains were too long. Told they needed to be that length. Well lets just say they dragged more than half way of my trip and chain ended up breaking and sparking. Not happy or impressed with this U-Haul rental and so happy I actually made it to my destination and actually got a flat tire because we had to pull over and fix the chains again

The windshield had a substance splashed on the inside. I cleaned it. It also had someone's toenail or fingernail clippings in the floor mats. I did not clean that.

Great location for pickup! Always have vehicles available and the staff is super helpful making pickup and droo off a breeze! Ive used them a few times and always been an extremely pleasant experience. Highly recommend them!!!
