I went in there and asked if there are any trucks available and i was told no. 15 minutes later my son (who doesn't have an accent) called this very location and was told there is a truck available. The guy charged me for 2 days a total of $150.18 but I only used it for 4 hours. I picked up the truck early in the morning and dropped it off before afternoon. I dont understand why my total came out to that. I only drove $50 miles as you can see on the return ticket you guys sent me. Can someone please look into this? I'd really appreciate itNADEEM M.

The truck was clean but it was probably one of the oldest ones you have in your fleet. Noisy shaky and overall just a lousy truck for a 1500 mile trip. And the fact that the truck was not cheap at a cost of about $3000. Highly disappointed. We will NOT BE RENTING FROM U-HAUL AGAIN.Lori E.

This place is a SCAM. Said I returned my truck a full 24 hours after it was returned and tried to charge me $65 dollars more. Also tried to charge me for fuel when the truck was left at the exact same fuel level I received. Would NOT recommend this location. Stay away!Katherine L.

The gentleman was very nice however we were told that the late fee would be waived due to our problems with the truck. We returned the truck at 5:30 pm. I called and spoke to some one to let them know the keys were returned. I was just charged a late fee and an extra day fee.....this is very frustrating as we tried to do everything correctly.Christene C.

The online check in and return is absolutely awful! Takes forever and it wouldn't even except my mileage when I returned the truck so I had to go into the place and have the worker do it for me which worked out fine. I would much rather do the process in person then the online way but I understand why it had to be that way.Lyndsey F.
Used 1 Can of Lysol during recent use of 15 footer. Please during this situation with COVID-19 tell your dealers they need to disinfect the cabs and cargo areas with LYSOL. I used 1 can but it made me feel so much safer when using the Rental. Thanks for a great rental.Brian H.

Friendly, thoughtful service. After reading some comments here that said their reserved vehicle ended up being at a different location, I expressed concern, but was told that that only happens with vehicles above a certain size, because they can be dropped off at different locations after use. I only needed a nine foot van, and they are always available at that location because they have to be returned to that same location. The guys themselves are really nice. My situation was a bit unusual but they were helpful and professional through the whole thing. If anyone is worried about the vehicle not being at the right location, I would just talk to them about it a few days before, and they'll be able to tell you what the situation is. As for me, I would definitely go to them again if I needed another rental.Anne K.

Process was confusing, and less than customer friendly. Our understanding was that we were to select pick up and drop off locations based on our project, and that was what we contracted for. We were allotted 30 miles. We selected the closest locations, called them both, and booked them. No discussion otherwise. But when U-Haul confirmed our order, the posted pick-up time was us 3 hours after their posted closing time. When I perceived this to be something I could edit easily online, the program listed the pick-up location as being completely closed today (Saturday). My edit was nullified. That started a series of phone calls. Initially the edit was a simple remedy. Then yesterday, someone named Tracy asked me to phone in. When I got her message, Tracy had left, but someone else explained that we were to phone an 800 number to determine our drop location. But I had already spoken with the Park Avenue location, and they had already confirmed what we felt were sensible, reasonable plans. Any longer drive didn't mesh with what we had already confirmed.Ruthann B.
