We dropped our equipment off when the location was closed, but they called us the next day. They took care of the check in. The owner was also very easy to work with and talk to.

He always asks about my needs and helps me figure out the best time and place to pick up and drop off the vehicle, the most efficient size, the need for a ramp, a dolly, etc. He is a great ombudsman for U-Haul and simply the BEST!

Laurel TThe representative himself was very helpful and friendly. The only complaint I have is with U-Haul’s charges. I returned the equipment a day earlier and the representative said I would not get reimbursed for that extra day because it was a 1-way trip.

Thomas HFirst the man at the location would not recommend working with him on a rental again! Very unprofessional! The man called me from a number that was coming up as scam likely, and left voice messages informing me that he was gonna give my reserved truck to someone else because I was 30min it’s late. Anyone who knows a moving day knows that you sometimes are running behind schedule. I had the truck reserved for 8-8 knowing I didn’t need it the whole 12 hours but I wanted to ensure I had the truck the entire time. Anyways I get there any and he is helping the extremely long line of customers and I hear him telling other people that he is going to give away their rental if they don’t show up because they are running a few minutes behind. Move forward it’s finally my turn after 30 minutes of waiting and he is just rude the entire time and almost talking to me as if I’m a child. I had a question about the price as if differed from online and he rushed the answer so much so that I just agreed to the price and the other things because I could not stand the thought of being in the small space any longer. Overall, the truck was ok but the location was a NO for me! Also there is no parking at the actual location so you have to walk across the grass.

ROBERT SComputer system at this location required a person at another location(Anthony) to assist with the changes requested by customer. Sign after office hours in a was very complicated and could not be completed by myself or another person making his attempt to sign in.. U-Haul personnel very helpful.
William HAll was fine with the truck rental. He called us ahead of the move so checkin was smooth.
BUDDY BThere wasn’t any personal, it was just a drop box for a key. Otherwise the drop off was fine, no issues, just park, take a few pictures and walk away.
