The parking lot was small, as it was a car dealership. Did not interact with anyone. I would not recommend dropping anything larger than 15 feet here.
KACIE TContract stated truck had 7/8th tank of gas on pick up. Truck only had 1/4 tank of gas. Have pics of fuel gauge level within a mile after pick up. Returned truck with 1/2 tank.
Thomas DIf a long term customer pays originally for night access and the card becomes inactive, notify the customer of the need for a new card and access code. Also, at rental, inform people that they only have until 8 pm to empty 3 storages and transport them. Answer the damn phone when messaged, I just needed a new access code and it it would have saved me $600 or more with the mileage, That amount is over a weeks pay for me.

Jose FAs I stated in the comment section at the location where I picked up the truck; I definitely asked “what time do I have to return the truck” I heard very clearly “I do not have a specific time to drop it off” So to my surprise; when I started receiving phone calls; early in the morning, knowing that I was not finished with the truck and I also had to run out….I WAS NOT PLEASED! But more importantly, when I had last spoke to Terry at this location, and shared with him, if he needed me to return the truck; right then and there, I could not stop and add the fuel…. He responded “I will take care of it. Please just bring the truck in; as the next customers were on there way to pick up the truck.” At which time; I said “ok” and returned the truck. So, I do want to dispute the charge that I have right now being charged for the fuel. I was made to believe that it “would be taken care of!”

Lisa GOrdered moving blankets, where not in trailer and I didn’t check til I opened to load. Not a show stopper but bothersome. I notified Uhaul and said that the blankets would be removed from bill. We shall see. Notified that the door hook on the right side was missing after I picked up trailer and was “told they don’t charge for damage”. Good equipment condition, and clean, painless evolution all the way around.

steve bThe cab smelled like cat urine. I realized that after I had signed all the paperwork. There was no other truck available. I called the customer service line and reported it. The attendant at Chilura was very friendly.
Paul ATerry is a kind and helpful man. I had never rented a truck before so his helpful nature was greatly appreciated! I learned a lesson though, always take a photo of the odometer before you drive away. We had a mileage issue and Terry advocated for me and a refund was issued quickly. If I need to rent a truck again, this is where I will go.

Trisha THorrible place. The “office” it is a shed falling apart (unsafe). Full with wasps everywhere. Grass no cut in weeks and mud all around the lot. No AC in the office. Worst place that I have ever see in my life. Also, the old man canceled my reservation and took me 1 hour to fix it all.
Eric JLady over the phone mentioned I had the truck for 24 hours. When I called to changed the returning time I was charged a $70 fee. Never again
