Yaroslav MCheck in was 20 minutes even though I did it online before arriving for the key during open hours. They forgot the blankets I preorders and so I had to drive back there to get them. Wasting more time and my gas in my vehicle. They over charged for gas refuel. The tank said 5/8 when we picked up and it was 5/8 when we returned it and they charged us $28 for 15L. Outrageous! I’m too annoyed to even call and bother complaining on the phone.
Jeffery SThe instructions to find the key were wrong, so I had to phone U-Haul to get the right instructions. The key was in the back of the truck, but not within arms reach, it was hidden behind the wooden tie down beams. and my order was changed so I only got half the moving pads I wanted.
Matthew WI had booked a furniture dolly hut it wasn’t present in the vehicle, but I was charged anyway.
Nischal LI would not recommend this location to any of my friends, I had a really bad experience when I was pick up my equipment. The guy who was there was very rude disrespectful and not helpful at all
