I'm saying No to this because, I would have loved to know that there was NO RAMP. on the rent foot truck we rented. We had an incredibly difficult time getting furniture in and out of the vehicle because there was NO RAMP to help assist items up into the Uhaul. That significantly took away from the normally excellent experience that we have with Uhaul. I would not have even rented the truck if that information had been disclosed. The lack of ramp made the entire experience more difficult than it had to be. I'm disappointed with this experience.JORGE M.

Make sure ratchets on car dolly are lubricated. Luckily I had a can of lube on hand and fixed the situation. Other than that Chipewa auto was a pleasure to deal with. I will be using them again.Ronald H.

I did on line check out and then the store called and accusing me of stealing the trailer. I brought up my bank account when I was on the phone with him and it showed where they took out $126.14 I said I was not giving him my credit card.gary S.

The person at this location was not knowledgeable on how to use the system to correct the order. This took some 45 minutes to setup the billing and I was still charged more than what was quoted with the confirmation but couldn't wait any longer. The floor in the truck was dirty, there was a small dent in the box part of the truck and the radio was inoperative but we only went over whether the mileage and level of fuel was correct.ROBERT S.

The only thing I would make different is there is no handle on the door to pull down on just a strap which made it very hard to shut.ANN M.

Starting with a full tank would help because then the customer would just have to fill it up at the nearest gas station before returning. Instead, I had to guess how many gallons were in the tank and how many I had used.MALLORY C.

The pads I requested were not at the truck pick up location so I had to go to a second spot to get them. The rental site didn't have pads at all but they said they have not been renting trucks very long so maybe they just weren't fully equipped yet. They did not see my pad request in the computer though, so I'm not sure where the confusion arose. I made the reservation by phone with a live representative. Other than this one inconvenience all went smoothly and the truck worked out well. U-haul's link to Moving Help led me to find some very good helpers to unload.MARY H.
There were not moving blankets available, but was no big deal. I think the tank was less than full when I took it off the lot, because when I filled it at the end of my moving, it filled higher than when I left. Regardless, the gentleman was very nice and extremely helpful. The experience was seamless. I think there was a UHAUL truck of the same size available closer to my house, but the corporate rep told me to use this site. The site was further and thus costed more.Carly H.
We rented a trailer to get an arcade game home. The trailer we rented from uhaul was mechanically defective. It bounced so much that my wife and kids got sick in the car. When we finally found a place that would look at the trailer it was found that both tires lug nuts were very loose. I would think that is something the renting location should have checked. We rode for 8 hours that way because we were told but a service rep at uhaul that it must be the way the trailer was loaded. It only had one thing in the trailer that weighed about 300lbs, so I guess 300lbs is too heavy for that trailer. We did make it home. The arcade game was damaged during towing due to the excessive bouncing and when we tried to take the trailer back the dropoff location did not exist anymore which led to calling haul for another drop off location. The service rep that I talked to made it seem like it was my fault that the original locations wasn't there anymore and was very snotty to my wife and I. We ended up driving another hour to drop it off. I think next time we need a trailer we will go elsewhere.Chad Y.
