JOSE RThey took the key when I returned the van and said I would receive a final receipt once they looked at and confirmed mileage. It’s been 3 days and I still have not received a final receipt. I do not trust this location and will not rent from them again.
CASEY RBrake light busted and moving rugs were dirty, cab was dirty had animal hair on seat. My couch had animal hair -I don’t own animals. The staff at location had to open up the store while myself and three other people waited. He was nice and gave me the keys and said you are ready to go. Should have explained that I was to fill out a form and inspect before leaving and documenting issues- I thought staff would have previewed each vehicle before leaves the lot.

Ajna RCharged incorrect amount and wouldn’t fix it
ALAN EI was charged $.79 per mile, and assumed that it included gas. I drove 28 miles and was charged in excess of $22 for gas. I did not authorize the insurance coverage when I booked online, but I was still charged $15. I am extremely disappointed in the overcharges.

Rex PThe station staff miscalculated my miles. The miles I received the car were 146717 miles, when I returned the car the miles were 146737 miles... but the station staff calculated mine as 146787. Please review this for me.
HUYNH NThe van was dirty inside and out and there was an ant and fluid to spring the window to clean with wipes.
Jacqueline CI would not recommend using this location. I had to call customer service after my reservation was completed. When I picked up the vehicle, the owner tried adding insurance without asking me, after I had denied it when making my reservation. And, I had paid for gas to refill the tank to the same amount. But they tried to charge me for gas anyway. It's at a corner store, and the owner said he doesn't have time to come out to look at the truck or verify anything, because he is inside the store. Luckily I had pictures and receipts to get the extra charges refunded.

george aI scheduled and paid for 24/7 rental to pickup using my phone, but the location doesn’t support that and didn’t open until 9am (3.5 hours after my scheduled pickup) Bu the time the location opened, the truck I had scheduled was only available for half an hour so I had to take a smaller truck.

Miguel CMy reservation got changed at the last minute to a larger vehicle with no warning. Not a fan of having to suddenly manage a substantially larger vehicle than expected, but it worked out and the location was great, super helpful people.

eusebio cThank you to the owner of this business and the U-Haul managers for doing the honorable thing. I picked this vehicle up with no fuel but failed to complete the on-line verification process. I was so angry that I was already late, and that further dealing with the management and then still having to get gas, or possibly loosing this vehicle and having to try to find another last minute, i forgot to hit submit or take a photo on my own phone that would save to my phone, that would show or prove the condition of the fuel levels. Guesses are the fuel was stolen at night and no one aware of the condition. The management waived the fuel level, as I returned it with less than a quarter tank. Thank you for your professionalism in handling this matter.

SALMAN STruck was in terrible condition and the store was unclean, messy, but thankfully organized. The truck needs an alignment, new headlights because they were not in proper condition and provided very little light, the truck was very dirty, and did not run well.

Geovanni LI did the online return process and then looked for the drop box, couldn't find one so I asked the guy inside where it was. He told me he couldn't take the truck, there was no parking (there was), it's Sunday so no one is renting a truck. I tried to explain I had already finished the return and he said he didn't care and sent me to City Heights Uhaul. I was so mad. This delayed my process and was extremely inconvenient. The man was extremely rude and not accommodating and strong armed me into moving the truck. The people at the City Heights Uhaul were AMAZING. They heard me out and took my truck, no questions. I would never EVER recommend Chris Market, it was a horrible experience and the owner was extremely rude and uninviting. There was no actual drop box that I could see, forcing my hand on moving the truck. I'm extremely upset. I should be able to leave a truck at my designated drop off. This vendor needs to be removed from being a uhaul pickup/dropoff. It was terrible.

Lauren SI have no idea how my estimate was more than half of the final cost. The CDW went from 10 to 20 with no warning and I’m charged a safe trip fee? Wth? Also the rate was 19.95 but I’m charged a rental fee? None of it makes sense and il be calling to figure it out. Shouldn’t have to pay 85 dollars for 1.5 hours of rental. It’s absurd.
Dan DI did not like that the agent did not review the vehicle when checking out and checking in the vehicle. That leaves too many opportunities for errors which means the customer has to dispute possible charges. I also did not see anything about charging for gas. I only saw an expense for mileage. When I got my final bill I was charged for both mileage and gas. No bueno.

Robert RNever received furniture covers ($10/dozen.) When returning the truck in the same parking space where I originally got it from, the cashier asked me to move it one space over. I obliged and accidentally left the keys inside. They did not provide me with a spare key as they said they didn’t keep one. Called UHaul customer service for assistance and the agent hung up on me and failed to call me back. I returned the truck at the time specified (4pm) but because of this mishap, was charged an additional fee until I returned keys. Along with getting charged $250 for a locksmith.
