It took me 45 minutes to get a simple trailer rented, the system was down, they had t make multiple phone calls to the owner and took my credit card 3 different times. I ended up having to book on my phone and it forced me o download the glitchy app. Ridiculous.

I was charged 1 extra day. The owner said he told me he had a 24 hr drop off but that was a lie. He never told me and he never told the people that rented before me either or I would have droped it off. His website says he is closed on Sunday so I waited until Monday to bring it back. when I questioned him he said like I told you we have 24 hr drop off. When I tried to talk to him he talked over me never allied me to talk. I will never use him again and I'll never recommend him. Had he told me about the drop off I would have never let the trailer sit in my driveway all day Sunday in my oppion he is a lier and very dishonest. I believe he does this on purpose to collect 1 more day rental. Plus him being closed on Sunday that trailer could not have been rented anyway. DAVID CI am a single 66 year old woman and the truck that I was put in to drive a 200+ mile trip was unacceptable. It seems to have some issues and made me very nervous driving it that distance. It made me wonder if the man working the counter would have put his mother in this truck.

VANESSA SThis location was the only option we had to choose from for our drop off causing us to go over our mileage. There was no staff present at drop off but the U-Haul app allowed us to check out. We did not receive our Dolly with our rental, in which we paid for, so I hope we are reimbursed rather than penalized.
TRAVIS MBe a little more customer oriented. The man acted like it was our job to unhook the cargo trailer - and this model does not have a jack on it!! Also, I had booked the wrong location first, and it was very difficult to figure out how to change it.

ROGER WI really like this location, the staff is exceptional and very helpful. I had an after hours pickup and ended up dropping off digital and going inside to confirm it all went through and to warm up. Will definitely use this location again!

Daryl LI did a self pick up through the app at this place even that I know this business was open .When I was taking pictures of the truck, I noticed mud inside the cabin on the floor and a couple pieces but I had problems in the app trying to open the area where you are supposed to include a picture on the duty truck , so I decided to go inside the store Christian Republic Auto Group and ask for help with the app , a person named Charles was super rude when I mentioned about the mud ,he even went outside with me " furious " to the point I didn't feel safe and when he saw the mud on the floor he said , that's not duty , and what blew my mind was the fact that he said on a very disrespectful manner , " YOU WILL BRING MUD IN THE TRUCK AS SOON YOU PUT A STEP IN THE TRUCK " .....really?. I hope someone takes action on this matter before someone else has to go through the same situation I had to experience with this person at Christian Republic Auto Group.

JADA HWhen I went to Christian Republic auto group the representative that helped me had a very nasty attitude and put on the reservation that I was supposed to return the truck in Rosharon when that location was closed. I had to call the 346 number and asked them to give me a location that was open so I can drop it off, due to the fact, they put the wrong amount of mileage that I requested was trying to charge me an extra $30 for the miles when I told him a total of 62 miles. I do not recommend anyone pick up a U-Haul from that location.
DETRICK WThis is my second time at this location ( 1year increment) and the guy that possibly owns this place is nasty, not just rude but let next level rude. I'm not even mad I just think it's unnecessary on top of the unpleasant smell of sewage for some reason. Im a business owner as well and I put involuntary smile on with my customers no matter what because that's what it takes. I will travel the extra mile to get even just a slightly better experience.
