I waited for almost an hour for the person to find the key to the equipment. They didn't know how to enter my discount code. They forgot to charge me for part of the rental and charged me a week later without letting me know their mistake. They did not have consent to charge my card and FORGED MY SIGNATURE. Their service was unacceptable and unprofessional.
